Role : Concrete Estimator

Location : Atlanta, GA

Salary : $100,000 – $110,000 + Benefits

We are a trusted commercial concrete contractor in Atlanta, delivering high-quality concrete solutions for a wide range of projects. With our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Concrete Estimator to join our team.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial concrete projects
  • Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to assess requirements
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to clarify project scope
  • Analyze labor, material, and equipment needs
  • Develop competitive bids and proposals that align with project goals
  • Track costs and assist with budgeting throughout project lifecycles

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Concrete Estimator in commercial construction
  • Strong knowledge of concrete materials, methods, and industry standards
  • Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
