Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Spanish-speaking Physical Therapist for an outpatient role with a focus on orthopedic and post-surgical care.

Responsibilities

  • Outpatient clinic setting serving primarily adult patients
  • Caseload of approximately 12–15 patients per day, including orthopedic and post-surgical cases
  • Day shifts with a 4x10 schedule, Monday through Thursday from 7 : 00 to 17 : 00
  • Bilingual Spanish-English patient population
  • Collaborative team environment with PTs, PTAs, and techs
  • Uses Prompt EMR for documentation
  • Responsibilities include patient assessment, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and holistic care
  • Supportive and hands-on learning environment focused on professional growth
  • Team-based approach with opportunities to treat orthopedic, neuro, and worker's compensation cases
  • Focus on patient education and empowerment
  • Clinic recognized for culturally competent care and community trust
  • All time-off and scheduling requests must be submitted initially
  • Candidates with strong clinical rotations may be considered

    • Requirements

  • Current state PT license required if applicable
  • Spanish language proficiency required
  • Prefer at least 1–2 years of outpatient orthopedic and worker's compensation experience; strong new grads may be considered
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 12–15 patients daily
  • Must provide two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years
