your role as Site Human Resources Business Partner

As a Site Human Resources Business Partner at Card-Monroe Automation, you will play a crucial role in managing all human resources functions at our manufacturing site, serving both hourly and salaried employees. This hands-on position involves delivering effective HR services, including employee relations, labor law compliance, payroll, benefits administration, and talent management. You will collaborate closely with site leadership to develop and nurture a safe, compliant, and high-performance workplace culture aligned with our operational goals. Your expertise will be vital in promoting a supportive environment that empowers employees while driving organizational success. To excel as a Site Human Resources Business Partner at Card-Monroe Automation, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP / SCP) preferred. A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR leadership or site HR role within a manufacturing or industrial setting, is essential. Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws, wage and hour compliance, and safety regulations is crucial for ensuring a compliant workplace. Applicants should demonstrate direct experience in managing payroll and benefits administration.

Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills are necessary for effectively managing employee relations within an hourly workforce. Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems, along with the Microsoft Office Suite, will equip you to thrive in this fast-paced environment and foster a high-performance culture.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are :
