As a Site Human Resources Business Partner at Card-Monroe Automation, you will play a crucial role in managing all human resources functions at our manufacturing site, serving both hourly and salaried employees. This hands-on position involves delivering effective HR services, including employee relations, labor law compliance, payroll, benefits administration, and talent management. Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws, wage and hour compliance, and safety regulations is crucial for ensuring a compliant workplace.
