MHS is seeking a part-time Dance Instructor to join the Elementary School team for the after school dance program. This is an ancillary role and there is anticipation of 200 hours for the 2025 / 26 school year. Monday Friday, with occasional weekends.

Qualifications :

• High School or GED required. Bachelors degree in dance, Education, or related Performing Art, preferred.
• Experience teaching tap, ballet, and swing a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years instructional experience with school age students (elementary through high school).
• Skilled in monitoring, mentoring, and developing youth.
• Strong organizational skills including skills in planning and multi-tasking.
• Available to work weekends.
• Spanish Fluency a plus.
• Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all MHS staff are role models for MHS students.
• Candidates must be willing to actively engage with students beyond the scope of their job responsibilities.
