The employer is offering base salary up to $395,000! 2 hrs to Saint Louis and Indianapolis, 2.5 hours to Chicago. This is a great town to raise a family, as the cost of living is 16.7% lower than the national average.

Relocation Reimbursement up to $15k.Option 1 : $395,000 for 2184 worked hours (7 on / 7 off). 182 shifts per year.Option 2 : $325,000 for 1880 worked hours (7 on / 7 off). 156 shifts per year with scheduled time off by request with reasonable notice.Hospital Employee, Inpatient only.Open ICU with intensivist coverage.Paid Malpractice.$75,000 sign on bonus.Average of 15-18 patients a day.Retention Bonus available - $60,000 total paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3.Codes required (will not be in charge of every one but will be expected to respond), procedures preferred but not required.Seeking somoene to be able to start in 2025.7 on / 7 off days.No Call.Loan Forgiveness available.Relocation Bonus available.CME time and $6,000 available.403B with employer match up to 6%.
