Job Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Dock Auditor / Quality Inspector to join our team. This role is responsible for auditing and inspecting completed pallets, ensuring shipment accuracy, and supporting logistics and administrative functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work independently, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Audit completed pallets for accuracy, labeling, and compliance

Perform quality control checks to ensure product integrity and shipment standards

Route and dispatch shipments in alignment with logistics schedules

Audit and manage shipping / receiving documents for accuracy and compliance

Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and reporting

Communicate with customers and carriers to resolve shipping or delivery issues

Assist warehouse team with pallet movement and organization (using pallet jack)

Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for tracking and reporting

Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Requirements

Bilingual (English / Spanish) – required

Pallet jack experience – required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Strong customer service and communication abilities

Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure

Willingness and ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, pallet movement)

Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or quality control preferred

Must have availability to work on Sundays
