Registered Nurse - Pediatrics $45 / hr 21hrs / week 3days / week

Job Title : \n\nPediatric Home Healthcare Registered Nurse (RN)\n\nReports To : Clinical Supervisor / Director of Nursing\n\nLocation : Client's Home (Pediatric Patient)\n\nJob Summary : \n\nWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care to a pediatric patient with complex medical needs. The RN will assist with the child's daily living activities, monitor their health status, and administer prescribed treatments under a care plan established by the healthcare provider. The goal is to promote the child's safety, comfort, and developmental potential in the home setting.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.\n
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.\n
• Monitor vital signs and assess for changes in the child's condition.\n
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and observations made.\n
• Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other caregivers to ensure consistent care.\n
• Educate family members on care procedures and equipment use as needed.\n
• Provide emotional support to the child and family.\n
• Follow the individualized care plan and report changes or concerns to the supervising nurse or physician.\n
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment in the child's home.\n
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and all applicable regulations.\n\nQualifications : \n
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia (or applicable state).\n
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred.\n
• Current CPR / BLS certification (PALS preferred).\n
• Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.\n
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.\n
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client's home.\n\nPhysical Requirements : \n
• Ability to lift and position children as needed.\n
• Capable of prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting.\n
