Compensation :

$125,000 - $175,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

We’re hiring an Employment Attorney with 2+ years of experience litigating California employment law (plaintiff or defense side). You’ll handle everything from strategic counsel to courtroom advocacy—backed by a dedicated team so you can focus on results, not admin.

• Advise and defend California employers in matters involving state labor and employment laws.
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and depositions.
• Draft and tailor employment agreements, policies, and compliance documents.
• Lead legal strategy with the support of a dedicated team so you can focus on advocacy, counsel, and results.

Our expectation : High-quality work, not endless hours. Full-time attorneys meet a target of 1,450 billed and collected hours annually with a reasonable caseload of meaningful work—enough to keep your skills sharp without owning your weekends. Origination is not required, but is rewarded.
