About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Experience : Minimum of 1 year of endoscopy experience required

License : NJ or compact state license required

Certifications : ACLS, BLS required

Must-Have :

• RN with endoscopy experience
• Experience with upper and lower GI and interventional cases (ERCP)
• Ability to work as part of a team for admission, procedural, and post-procedure recovery

Description :

No time off during the holidays will be approved.

A COVID card with booster must be provided upon submission.

Local candidates considered within 75 miles may be at a lower rate.

This position will predominantly service inpatients and is in a busy unit.

Applicants must be able to effectively manage patient admissions, procedures, and recovery processes.

Candidate must have experience with airway management, pre / post procedure care, and starting and maintaining IVs.

Experience with specific equipment and procedures such as bronchoscopy, colonoscopy, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), and esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD) is required.

The position requires flexibility, including potential floating to other units as needed.

The ability to handle specimens and manage sedation is also necessary.
