Duties Include :

• Backup phones and cashier
• Post all vehicle deals daily
• Report all new vehicle and certified used vehicle deliveries on Dealerworld and apply for any rebates daily
• Record Extend Warranties and aftermarket items sold on remittance sheet and remit monthly
• Figure and record sales commissions
• Write closeout checks when deals are posted
• Post payable invoices daily
• Post warranity credit run
• Schedules - Reconcile Rebate and Sublet schedules weekly
• Other duties may be assigned
