About The Position

• Minimum 2 manager or charge references within the past 2 years
• Certifications must be listed on application at time of submittal

Description :

Local travelers within 75 miles will be billed at the local rate.

Local travelers are also limited to two 13-week contracts.

Home Health - RN.

Schedule : Days, five 8-hour shifts; Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.

On call required approximately 1-2 weekdays per week and 1 weekend per month.

Home Health agencies are required to have an RN on call 24 / 7.

Each RN is required to take call, with a monthly schedule signed up for in advance.

Currently, there are four RNs, each required to cover one weekend per month.

Weekday on-call duties are distributed evenly among the team.

When on call, RNs are required to answer phone calls from patients and field their questions.

Occasionally, a patient may require an after-hours or weekend visit.

Travel experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

Previous charge experience is preferred.

Module hours are included in non-billable hours prior to start, and modules vary by specialty.

Medical exemptions for flu vaccine will be considered with proper documentation.

Religious exemption requests will not be considered.

Any previous probationary actions on license will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Candidates must have a permanent address greater than 100 miles from the facility to submit.

Facility will consider addresses between 75 to 100 miles on a case-by-case basis.

Perm employees cannot return as travelers for two years after their last date worked as permanent staff.

Current employees should note that they will not be eligible for a travel contract if currently employed in any capacity.
