Head Actuary - Remote

Growing Health client is seeking a Head Actuary who will manage the core actuarial & underwriting functions, including pricing, reserving, reinsurance, plan design, and consulting on strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of actuarial experience, ASA or FSA designation, and experience leading high-performing actuarial teams. This individual should bring a collaborative & flexible entrepreneurial mindset that is critical in a startup environment. Must have excellent analytical skills, familiarity with business intelligence tools, and proficiency in the financial reporting requirements of insurance companies, including statutory, GAAP, and tax reporting.
