Senior Project Manager
LHH recruitment is hiring for a Senior Project Manager in the Boynton Beach, FL area. Our client is searching for a Sr. Project Manager with 10–15 years’ experience in commercial construction project management. This position is a fully in-office opportunity and traveled is required to the local project sites in South Florida.
Responsibilities to include :
- Experience with retail, ground-up commercial, and tenant fit-out projects required.
- Oversee multiple projects (2–3 small, 1–2 medium, or 1 large), manage schedules, budgets, and project teams.
- Manage schedules from pre-construction through project completion, develop conceptual budgets, work through the buyout phase with subcontractors and coordinators, and maintain budget control throughout the project.
- Conduct constructability reviews.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and project coordinators throughout all project phases.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Procore (required); strong estimating background preferred; familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
