Why This Role Exists : The company is experiencing significant growth and expanding their second shift from 2 to 4 operators to handle increased production demand while maintaining the precision aerospace quality standards that have kept this company thriving for over six decades.

What You'll Do :

• Set up and operate HAAS CNC mills and lathes plus Tsugami Swiss machines across 4 and 5-axis equipment with pallet changers
• Machine precision aerospace components in steel (heat-treated), titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass to exacting specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints for AS, MS, NAS, and NSA aerospace standard parts with tight tolerances
• Run multiple machines simultaneously (minimum 2) handling job runs from 20 to thousands of pieces
• Apply basic G / M code knowledge and edit speeds / feeds for optimal performance
• Measure and inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, comparators, and other precision tools
• Follow ISO and ITAR protocols while maintaining detailed quality documentation
• Contribute to OEE improvements as the company implements new efficiency metrics and lean manufacturing practices
