Average worked Callback Hours : 1-3h

Approximately 6 shifts per month, ongoing.

24 hour call (7a-7a) - Monday-Sunday

Setting : Call Trauma Level III

FTE : 0

Required Procedures / Job Duties : Available on call within 30 minutes as per CO state level 3 trauma center guidelines; procedural expectations include those consistent with the scope of care of a general Orthopedic Surgeon.

REQUIREMENTS

Board Certified Orthopedic Surgery - REQUIRED or Truly BE (0-5 years of residency completion)

Active CO license - REQUIRED or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission)

Active DEA - REQUIRED (Must be willing to transfer to CO, or get a new DEA and not move during length of assignment)

Local / drive in candidates - REQUIRED

Must stated # of shifts per month provider can offer to the team, ongoing - REQUIRED

Clean Malpractice / Background - Case by case, Must include malpractice explanation and / or Self inquiry NPDB report
