SUMMARY

Family Service League is seeking a full-time Social Worker for the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program, which provides services to adults who have been diagnosed with a severe and persistent mental illness. The ACT program is comprised of a multi-disciplined team including skilled staff in psychiatry, nursing, and social work. The Social Worker will be given an agency vehicle to use for home visits with the clients. Travel is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

Masters Degree required.

LMSW / LCSW / LMHC required.

1 year of experience working with thesevere and persistent mental illness(SPMI) population required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team required.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written required.

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records / Documentation, required.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Valid and clean New York State Drivers License required.

Compensation details : 60000-68000 Yearly Salary
