RadiFi Credit Union is seeking an experienced VP of Information Systems to assure delivery of quality enabling business systems, information management and processing services, branching network, and technology infrastructure for Credit Union's internal users and members. Works with executives and line of business managers to identify systems, technology and processes to improve Credit Union services, operations, support and efficiency. Responsible for direction and control of the Credit Union's information systems, security, and technology activities.

Knowledge and Skills Experience
Ten to fifteen years of experience in an Information Systems / Information Technology role, including at least five years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role overseeing an Information Systems team is required. A minimum of 5 years of experience within a credit union or financial institution is needed.
Education / Certifications / Licenses
(1) A bachelor's degree, (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree), or (3) substantial job-specific skills gained through relevant work experience. Degree preferred in Information Technology, Computer Science or Information Technology.
Interpersonal Skills
Work frequently involves exercising advanced conflict resolution, giving material presentations, and resolving issues impacting multiple departments or divisions. Role also requires the ability to motivate or influence others as a material part of the role, with a significant level of diplomacy and trust. Obtaining cooperation (internally and / or externally) is an important part of the role and a high level of interpersonal skills is critical to the success of this position.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. Must be capable of dealing calmly and professionally with numerous different personalities from diverse cultures at various levels within and outside of the organization and demonstrate highest levels of customer service and discretion when dealing with the public. Must be able to perform responsibilities with composure under the stress of deadlines / requirements for extreme accuracy and quality and / or fast pace. Must be able to effectively handle multiple, simultaneous, and changing priorities. Must be capable of exercising highest level of discretion on both internal and external confidential matters.
