Must Have Technical / Functional Skills
- sales, service certifications required
- FSL(Field Service Lightning) certification preferred
- Enhanced Scheduling and Optimization (ES&O) experience needed
- Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution using FSL
- working knowledge in data migration and integration
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement technology-enabled business solutions in client-facing and team leadership roles (e.g. functional lead, work-stream lead, etc)

Execute quick POCHands on work on the existing salesforce implementationLead defining and practical business solutions based on Salesforce.com technology implementing; experience leading executive discovery sessionsUnderstand requirements (functional and technical) needed to address client needsPerform routine administration functions for Salesforce.comCreate documentation (e.g., training, communications, release notes, user stories, test scripts, process flows) associated with Saleforce projectsActively co-ordinate and participate in SIT and UATCo-ordinate with business and IT stakeholdersOnsite-offshore co-ordinationReport regular progress on projectsTesting and training strategiesGeneric Managerial Skills :
Excellent communication skill required to communicate with executive stakeholders and be on workshops with IT and businessSalary Range : $140,000-$185,000 a year
