General Manager

Location : Pensacola, FL (must reside in territory – relocation available)

Client : Valcourt / FLX – A national leader in commercial envelope restoration, waterproofing, and window services

Compensation : On-Target Earnings (OTE) $250K+

About the Opportunity

Valcourt Building Services is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Regional General Manager to lead operations across the Panhandle and Gulf Coast region — a $30M+ territory with major growth potential as the business expands westward toward New Orleans.

This is a high-impact executive role where you will have direct responsibility for operations, P&L, business development, and team leadership across multiple offices. If you thrive on building teams, scaling operations, and driving profitability, this opportunity is built for you.

What You will Do

• Provide executive leadership for branch operations, ensuring excellence in sales, service delivery, and client satisfaction.
• Own full P&L responsibility — budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Hire, train, and mentor managers and staff across multiple locations.
• Direct day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards
• Partner with senior leadership to drive strategic expansion along the Gulf Coast.
• Build and strengthen relationships with clients, contractors, and property managers as a trusted partner.

What We are Looking For

• Proven success in senior operations, general management, or regional leadership (construction, restoration, or related industry preferred).
• Experience leading large teams and multi-branch operations
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated P&L ownership ($20M+).
• A leader who balances strategic vision with hands-on execution
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
