Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and provide guidance on customers' bookkeeping and QBO questions
Create high-quality customer experiences and ensure timely follow-up communication
Research regulations to support guidance provided to customers
Required Qualifications
QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification
3+ years of experience using QBO in bookkeeping roles
Proficient with technology and solid knowledge of computer operations
High degree of customer service skills for professional interactions
Must have or be willing to obtain a dedicated high-speed internet connection
