Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the Microservices and Micro Frontends architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Lead the design and implementation of serverless and cloud-native backends using Node.js, GraphQL, AWS Services, and databases (DynamoDB, RDS / Aurora).
• Guide the technical direction across teams, mentoring engineers and setting coding standards.
• Perform deep, high-value code reviews with focus on architecture, clean code, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Amazon Q, GitHub Copilot, MCP) and promote best practices for their use.
• Contribute hands-on in building React-based micro frontends, ensuring seamless integration with backend services.
• Ensure test-first development with Unit Testing (Jest, React Testing Library), Integration testing, TDD, and UI testing.
• Collaborate with leadership to define technical strategies aligned with business goals.
• Promote performance optimization, observability, and security best practices across applications and services.
