General Responsibility

Support the Head of Portfolio Management or the Director of BD and Portfolio in the identification, analysis and selection of products to be developed both generic and innovative.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Carries out quantitative (market data) and qualitative (strategic evaluations) within the scope of portfolio product selection and new product development
  • Regularly monitors competitors performance
  • Creates KPIs and dashboards to provide insights into execution quality of the BD and Portfolio teams
  • Creates benchmark to monitor company performance vs. its peers
  • Understands clinical evidence and is comfortable with scientific language
  • Working on strategic or operational issues / project

Requirements and personal skills

  • Education : University degree in Health Sciences
  • Languages : proven effective communication skills both written and verbal required in English language
  • Experience (years / area) : +at least 1 year of experience in similar position in a Pharmaceutical Company
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills and can prepare results in a structured, comprehensible, and convincing manner.
  • Data driven person, willing to have fun in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Ready to work in multidisciplinary and international teams
  • Personal skills : Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in a highly collaborative environment
