About You You are a proactive and creative storyteller with a strong understanding of social media’s ever-changing landscape and a proven ability to bring a brand’s vision to life through engaging, sales-driving content. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same—whether you’re filming on the fly, editing a reel, negotiating an influencer partnership, or jumping in front of the camera yourself. You’re equal parts strategic and creative : you love analyzing performance data to inform future content, but you also know how to follow your instincts to create work that resonates. Highly organized and detail-oriented, you’re comfortable managing calendars, workflows, and community engagement while never losing sight of the bigger picture. About The Role As the Social Media Manager & Content Creator, you will develop and execute concepts for Hampden’s social media strategy with the goal of increasing sales, driving platform growth, developing strong influencer relationships, and maintaining Hampden’s elevated-yet-approachable social media presence. Responsibilities include :
Lead and execute creative strategy and content creation for organic and paid social, ensuring creative direction is aligned with brand standards
Proactively produce and film content using all opportunities available, including weekly styling sessions in the store with internal stylists, styling sessions with the owner, and events with designers
Edit video content for organic and paid channels, including file delivery to internal and external partners, and asset management
Maintain social content calendar, including posting to grid, reels, and stories
Manage reporting and analytics, spotting trends, changes in best practices, and proactively adjusting strategy and creative direction
Lead influencer partnerships and negotiations, including coordinating delivery of inventory that will be used in the content, and using knowledge of inventory levels to strategically push inventory
Execute Guest Editor and Stylist Picks features, including scheduling and planning shoots, and conducting necessary interviews for content across all channels
Manage social media community by replying to DMs and comments, posting regularly
Qualifications & Experience 2-4 years experience leading and executing social media and digital marketing content production and strategy
Proven track record of building and executing winning social media strategies
Familiarity with luxury women’s wear and knowledge of or passion for learning about Hampden’s brand assortment
Deep knowledge of best practices, trends, analytics, and tools on all social media platforms
Comfortable in front of the camera and generating UGC for Hampden’s use
Strong editing skills with knowledge of CapCut or similar software, Adobe Premiere Pro experience is a plus

Excellent communication skills and passion for storytelling
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to balance data-driven insights with creative instincts
Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate across different teams
