The role of a Physical Therapist is multifaceted and dynamic, requiring strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will be responsible for evaluating patients' needs and developing comprehensive treatment plans that address their unique physical therapy requirements.

Responsibilities :

• Evaluate Patient Needs : Conduct thorough assessments to determine the most effective treatment approaches for each patient, working closely with physicians and other members of the care team to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Develop Treatment Plans : Create customized treatment plans that address patients' specific needs, including the creation and administration of care plans, as well as oversight of physical therapy assistants.
• Administer Treatments : Provide and complete all necessary documentation, administer physical therapy treatments as ordered by a physician, and direct and oversee treatment given by physical therapy assistants.
• Monitor Progress : Evaluate the effects of physical therapy treatments, observing, noting, and evaluating patients' progress, and recommending adjustments and modifications as needed.
• Discharge Planning : Complete discharge planning by consulting with the care team and physicians, ensuring any appropriate continuation of the therapeutic plan post-discharge, such as home exercise programs or equipment recommendations.
