Studio Design Lead - Luxury Hospitality Design | Coral Gables, FL
We are seeking a Studio Design Lead on behalf of our client, a luxury hospitality design firm known for delivering exceptional guest experiences through innovation, collaboration, and design excellence. The Role
The Studio Design Lead plays a pivotal role, serving as both a Project Manager and the guiding force behind the aesthetic and design direction of all office projects. You’ll be the steward of design standards, ensuring consistency, innovation, and beauty across a portfolio of high-profile hospitality projects.
In this role, you will :
- Oversee design development and review all projects before they advance to the Design Director.
- Lead client presentations and provide continual design feedback to project teams.
- Establish and implement firm-wide presentation and design standards.
- Build and strengthen client relationships while consistently driving satisfaction.
- Set and manage client expectations, while fostering lasting partnerships.
- Mentor and inspire design teams, creating an environment of collaboration, growth, and accountability.
Pioneer processes that optimize workflow, productivity, and creative outcomes.
Qualifications
A passion for delivering design excellence while cultivating strong relationships.
