Project Manager - Utility and Transmission

A company is looking for a Land Solutions Project Manager - Utility & Transmission for the Midwest Region.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and staffing

Lead cross-functional teams in property rights acquisition, permitting, and stakeholder coordination

Serve as the primary client liaison, providing updates and managing contracts and proposals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

5+ years of experience managing utility, transmission, or right-of-way projects

Proven understanding of easement acquisition, permitting, and landowner negotiations

Experience with GIS-based systems and project-tracking tools

Strong project management and leadership skills
