Contracts Paralegal (Secondment)

Entrusted Advisors is expanding its talent bench for experienced corporate paralegals to support our enterprise clients in flexible secondment engagements. We have immediate opportunities for mid- to senior-level paralegals with strong contract drafting and management experience with corporate in-house legal teams.

Candidates must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and quickly adapt to new environments. Ideal candidates will have prior experience with insurance or financial services companies. Candidates must be willing to work on-site in the clients' offices on a hybrid schedule.

Base pay range

$75,000.00 / yr - $150,000.00 / yr

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal experience within a corporate in-house legal department (law firm experience a plus but not required).
• Hands-on experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts (e.g., NDAs, MSAs, vendor agreements, licensing agreements).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to different client environments and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred.
