A leader within the Private Equity and Real Assets Fund Services business unit of the State Street Alternative Investment Services Group. We are a team of dedicated accounting professionals who are passionate about delivering financial reporting and day-to-day accounting and administrative support to premier private credit fund clients. The team you will be joining is a part of International Fund Services (IFS), acquired by State Street in July 2002. IFS, also known as Alternative Investment Solutions is a recognized industry-leading provider of fund accounting, fund administration and risk services to hedge funds and private equity funds. These services are fully integrated to provide complete end-to-end solutions that span the front-, middle- and back-office requirements of institutional investors.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Maintaining the general ledger for various fund entities
• Preparing supporting work papers for financial statements, portfolio schedules and capital account allocations
• Reviewing and / or preparing of capital calls, distributions and bank reconciliations
• Preparing management, annual and incentive fee calculations
• Preparing various client correspondences
• Special projects as requested

Salary Range : $41,600 - $66,560 Annual
