Credit Analyst

The Credit Analyst will be an integral part of the Atlanta-based commercial real estate credit lending team. Analysts are responsible for evaluating, underwriting, and closing loans across our product offerings which include construction, bridge, mezzanine, permanent, and C-Pace loans. You will work closely with the loan originators, brokers, client borrowers, and manage transactions by interfacing with due diligence providers, legal counsel, participant lenders and other key stakeholders. The position requires strong written and verbal communication, as well as excellent interpersonal, analytical, and time management skills. Attention to detail is crucial. Coursework in real estate or prior commercial lending experience preferred.
Duties & Functions :
- Analyze loan, property, financial and market data in order to make informed risk assessments and recommendations.
- Manage multiple concurrent lending engagements as part of the credit team.
- Work directly with client borrowers, brokers and internal departments.
- Conduct due diligence reviews of property information including property financials, rent rolls, and tenant leases.
- Review third-party reports including appraisals, engineering and environmental reports, and zoning reports.
- Prepare investment summary reports and cash flow models.
- Present credit opportunities to senior management.
- Work with Pace loan administrators to facilitate C-Pace loans.

Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, or related field.0-3 years of experience.Commercial real estate lending, loan brokerage, asset management, or private equity experience a plus but not required.
