Primary Responsibilities of a Licensed Vocational Nurse

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, ensuring compliance with facility policies and standards.
• Monitor and report patient conditions, symptoms, and changes in behavior to the healthcare team for further assessment or intervention.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, documenting all activities accurately and thoroughly in patient records.
• Assist in patient education by explaining procedures and post-treatment care instructions to patients and families.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Work Schedule and Flexibility

This position will operate from Day shift X4 LVNs 0545-1815.
