🎥 Join the GRITR Team : On-Screen Talent & Brand Advocate

📍 Location : North Richland Hills, TX

⏰ Schedule : Part-Time (~20 hrs / week, weekdays + occasional weekends)

💰 Pay : Starting at $19 / hr + employee perks

⚠️ Note : Hands-on, in-person role (no remote work)

🔹 The Role

We are seeking a charismatic and knowledgeable on-screen talent to be the face of GRITR. In this role, you will help bring our brand to life through engaging video content, product demonstrations, tutorials, and more. Your role will also include content creation for social media and marketing initiatives.

This position offers flexibility with part-time hours and the potential to grow into a full-time opportunity. Firearms training will be provided for the right candidate, although familiarity with firearms and outdoor activities is preferred.

You’ll also :

⭐ Represent GRITR in product videos, tutorials & gear reviews

📸 Model for private-label product photoshoots & campaigns

🎬 Create engaging content for reels, shorts & long-form videos

🤝 Collaborate with our marketing team, influencers & partners

🔫 Represent GRITR at trade shows, events & range days

🔹 Who You Are

Confident, charismatic & comfortable on camera

Passionate about firearms & outdoor activities

Strong communicator & team player

Tech-savvy with social media & content basics

Reliable with a flexible schedule (occasional weekends)

🔹 Qualifications

On-screen / media experience preferred (not required)

Comfortable handling firearms (or willing to train)

Must be 18+ (21+ preferred), background check required

U.S. work authorization & legal ability to handle firearms
