Intake Specialist – Emery Law Office (Personal Injury Law)

Do you have a passion for helping others? Are you naturally empathetic, an excellent listener, and able to guide people through some of the most difficult times in their lives? Emery Law Office, a respected personal injury law firm helps clients who have been injured, is looking for a caring and convincing Intake Specialist to join our team.

This role is often the very first point of contact for new clients—and your ability to listen, reassure, and gather important details will set the tone for their entire experience with us. You'll be the voice of our firm's mission to help people recover, rebuild, and return to a happy, productive life.

This is an IN-PERSON position and requires daily reliable and insured transportation for traveling within Louisville to meet with potential clients (mileage will be reimbursed).
