Description :

The position is for a registered nurse in an ICU setting.

The role requires working 3 twelve-hour night shifts each week.

Every other weekend shift is required.

There is no on-call requirement.

Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility.

First-time travelers are accepted for this role.

The ICU has 6 beds and provides care for a variety of critically ill patients.

Patient acuity is slightly lower than in higher-acuity centers.

RNs will manage ventilated patients and require experience with various medical interventions.

Staff will be trained to handle ventilators, arterial lines, and titrated medication drips.

The unit provides intensive care for a mix of medical and surgical patients.

An interdisciplinary team supports the nursing staff, including physical therapy and respiratory services.

Candidates will need to demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
