We're Hiring : Body Shop Technician – Lewis Springdale Collision Center

Location : Springdale, AR

Position Type : Full Time | Department : Collision Center

Reports to : General Manager

What You’ll Do :

Perform high-quality collision repairs including frame work, panel replacement, dent removal , and refinishing

Repair and replace damaged parts (fenders, bumpers, hoods, quarter panels, etc.) to manufacturer standards

Collaborate with estimators, service advisors, and insurance reps to ensure accurate repairs

Use modern equipment like frame machines, welders, and sanders to ensure proper fit, function, and finish

Prep vehicles for paint : sanding, filling, masking, and priming

Inspect repairs and deliver vehicles that are safe, functional, and look like new

Accurately document work and assist with mentoring junior technicians

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For :

3+ years of experience in a collision repair or body shop environment

Strong skills in frame and unibody repair, welding , and bodywork

Familiarity with I-CAR , ASE , or manufacturer certifications (preferred but not required)

Ability to diagnose damage and execute repairs efficiently

A keen eye for detail and dedication to doing the job right

Team-player mentality with excellent communication skills

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
