DirectShifts is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nephrologist to join our team in providing specialized care to patients with kidney diseases and related conditions in the vibrant city of Atlanta, GA.
Job Description :
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with various kidney diseases, including chronic kidney disease (CKD), acute kidney injury (AKI), glomerulonephritis, and kidney stones.
- Manage patients with hypertension and electrolyte disorders, which often accompany kidney disease.
- Oversee dialysis treatments for patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD).
- Perform kidney biopsies and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients on kidney health and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in nephrology through ongoing professional development.
