Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced work environment, be a self-starter, and bring strong litigation support expertise with outstanding organizational skills. This role requires a proven ability to manage complex case files in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting. The Senior Paralegal will support attorneys in all phases of litigation and legal operations—particularly in small claims matters—while also contributing to contract support, compliance initiatives, and document management. Experience in debt collection or creditors’ rights is highly preferred.

Requirements : Key Responsibilities

Litigation & Case Management

• Draft, file, and serve pleadings, motions, affidavits, subpoenas, and related documents in compliance with court rules.
• Prepare and maintain detailed case chronologies and timelines.
• Organize and manage discovery processes, including interrogatories, requests for production, and depositions.
