Responsibilities
Customer Assistance : Act as the primary point of contact for policyholders, assisting them with inquiries, policy renewals, and claims processes.
Problem Resolution : Handle customer issues with consideration and care, ensuring a satisfactory resolution to maintain customer loyalty.
Policy Management : Guide clients in understanding their policies, making amendments as required, and ensuring their needs are met with suitable solutions.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, processing changes, and managing documents efficiently.
Feedback Collection : Actively listen to customer feedback to improve service delivery and provide insights for process enhancements.
Requirements
Licensing : Active Georgia Property & Casualty License preferred
Experience : Prior experience in customer service or insurance roles is an asset
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer Focus : Ability to empathize and deliver exceptional service
Organizational Skills : Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
