Section content, to edit press enter. Hands-on Learning : Work across various sales departments to acquire a comprehensive understanding of RNDC's sales functions. From sales techniques to merchandising and operations, engage in on-the-job training to hone your skills and knowledge. Training Modules : Complete assigned online training modules and technical programs to enhance your proficiency in key areas. Progress Reviews : Meet weekly with department managers or designated Intern Sponsors to discuss your progress in the Internship Program and highlight key learnings. Capstone Project : Identify an area within a business discipline where improvements can be made. Develop a Capstone Project outlining the issue, root causes, and potential solutions. Present your findings to senior leaders before the program concludes. Academic Requirements : If applicable, fulfill course requirements related to your internship as part of your degree program.

Actively enrolled in an accredited educational institution, completing at least junior year towards a Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Business Management, Hotel / Restaurant Management, Marketing, or related disciplines. Maintain a documented GPA of 3.0 or higher. Possess a current state driver's license and meet company vehicle insurance requirements. Obtain necessary Alcohol Beverage Commission (ABC) License or Permit, as required by the state.

  • Actively enrolled in an accredited educational institution, completing at least junior year towards a Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Business Management, Hotel / Restaurant Management, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • Maintain a documented GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Possess a current state driver's license and meet company vehicle insurance requirements.
