L4 ServiceNow Developer

Overview

A client of Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with extensive ITOM experience to lead the development and enhancement of our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Integrations, and related ITOM modules. Must be able to work in fast-paced environment, often requiring collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and implementing complex ServiceNow ITOM solutions, with a focus on CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules; lead the development of integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Leverage out-of-the-box features to minimize customizations and promote reuse of code, components, and proven design patterns.
• Perform upgrade testing across ServiceNow releases and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) suites to ensure platform stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues and maintain comprehensive documentation for development and configuration activities.

Compensation

This position pays between $15-20 / hour. Payrate may vary due to experience level
