Overview
Sr. Plaintiff Class Action Litigation Paralegal – Keller Rohrback L.L.P. is seeking a highly qualified litigation paralegal for its Complex Litigation department. The practice is nationally recognized for its work on ERISA, consumer and product liability class actions, financial fraud and securities litigation, environmental law and toxic torts, and antitrust. The role requires a strong combination of technical project management skills and a high level of internal customer service.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact throughout a project, including leading meetings, training and supervising document reviewers both in-person and remotely.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues; own responsibility for accurate and timely deliverables.
- Coordinate e-discovery processes, including running searches and batching results for review and export of documents for printing exhibits.
- Manage and coordinate review of large document productions.
- Use Relativity or similar e-discovery software; manage document review workflows and ensure quality control.
- Demonstrate exemplary communication skills and build rapport with colleagues, co-counsel, and clients.
- Respond effectively to urgent situations requiring quick turnaround.
- Combine technical skills with independent thinking, self-starting initiative, and ability to work independently or in teams.
Qualifications
5+ years of direct experience as a litigation paralegal with project management responsibility.Passion for protecting the rights of individuals.Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Relativity e-discovery software.Ability to run searches and batch results for review and export documents.Experience coordinating review of large document productions.Excellent writing and research skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities; ability to work under pressure.Employment details
