Position Highlights :

Monday - Friday; 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $85,616.75- $128,425.23 with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.

Responsibilities

Job Description :

Lead the design, deployment, and ongoing management of Microsoft Intune for mobile device and endpoint management across all major platforms.

Develop and enforce standardized configurations, compliance policies, and application deployment strategies to maintain security and consistency.

Partner with teams across Security, Networking, Service Desk, and Cloud Operations to ensure endpoint strategies align with broader IT initiatives.

Act as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex endpoint issues, providing deep technical expertise and resolution.

Track and report on endpoint health, compliance, and performance, delivering insights that drive decisions.

Support audit and compliance efforts, ensuring all internal and external security standards are met

Stay on top of the latest Intune features and industry trends and drive improvements

Document configurations, processes, and scripts to support operational excellence and team knowledge-sharing.

Mentor junior engineers for continuous learning and development.

Support occasional off-hours work as needed to avoid business disruption.

Qualifications

Required Experience :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

5+ years of experience in endpoint engineering or related IT infrastructure roles.

Proven expertise in Microsoft Intune, including Autopilot, Conditional Access, and Endpoint Analytics.

Strong understanding of Windows 10 / 11, macOS, and mobile OS management.

Experience with Microsoft Windows Defender, Azure AD, and Group Policy.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python and other applicable programming languages.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and drive consensus.

Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience :

Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-101, MD-102, AZ-104). Experience with SCCM, JAMF, or other endpoint management platforms.

Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and security frameworks.

Strong commitment to ongoing professional development, especially around Intune and endpoint technologies.
