We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will lead all aspects of financial operations, including accounting and billing, financial analysis and reporting, strategic planning, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with a strong background in financial and operational management within the senior living sector.

This role plays a critical part in shaping the financial future of our organization, with responsibilities that include preparing and delivering financial and operational reports and presentations tailored to target audiences such as the Board of Directors, Finance Committee, residents, and lenders.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 5 years of financial and operational management experience in senior living.
• CPA or CFA certification preferred.
