Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and best practices for emergency nursing. What You Bring : Minimum of 2 years of ER experience in a fast-paced environment. Prior travel ER experience preferred. Telemetry experience is required, demonstrating proficiency in cardiac monitoring and complex patient care. Capacity to adapt quickly in a high-pressure setting, maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Preferred Education & Experience : Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent preferred. Experience in trauma centers or Level I trauma facilities highly advantageous. Certifications such as NIHSS are preferred, indicating advanced stroke recognition skillset.
