Senior IT Recruiter

A company is looking for a Middle IT Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct the full cycle of IT recruitment including search strategies, resume screening, and interviews

Interact with internal clients to determine job requirements and candidate profiles

Source candidates through various channels and maintain candidate databases

Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in international IT recruitment

Experience in closing positions within the ML and NLP domains

English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Strong leadership skills to partner with hiring managers

Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
