Location : Atlanta, GA

Are you a sharp legal mind with a passion for commercial real estate? ? My client is on the lookout for a driven, strategic, and experienced In-House Counsel to lead their legal operations and shape the future of their growing organization. This is a long-term opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. ?

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Real Estate (80%)

Lead property acquisitions & dispositions ?

Negotiate leases & manage contracts

Review titles, surveys & coordinate closings ?

Collaborate with internal teams & external partners

• ?? General Legal Oversight (20%)

Advise on corporate governance, compliance & risk

Manage outside counsel relationships ???

Mentor two paralegals ??

Stay current on laws & regulations

Requirements

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school

Active bar membership ?

5+ years of legal experience, with a focus on commercial real estate

Strong judgment, communication & interpersonal skills

Commitment to long-term growth
