Engagement / Field Marketing Specialist

As an Engagement / Field Marketing Specialist at SeamlessHR, you will be responsible for driving market presence, customer engagement, and lead generation through strategic events, partnerships, and on-the-ground initiatives. You will work closely with sales, product, and brand teams to deliver impactful experiences that strengthen SeamlessHRs position as the leading HR-Tech partner for enterprises across Africa.

Event & Activation Management

Plan, coordinate, and execute SeamlessHR-led events (roundtables, webinars, roadshows, and conferences).

Manage logistics, vendor relationships, and post-event reporting.

Ensure events deliver measurable business value from lead generation to brand positioning.

Partner & Industry Engagements

Collaborate with industry associations and partners to co-host or sponsor events.

Represent SeamlessHR at external conferences and trade shows, ensuring strong brand visibility.

Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts generate qualified leads (SALs / SQLs).

Support regional pipeline growth with targeted field campaigns, account activations, and direct engagement strategies.

Campaign Execution

Deliver localized marketing activations tailored to regional markets.

Support adoption campaigns, customer recognition programs, and targeted outreach initiatives.

Analytics & Reporting

Track ROI and KPIs for all engagement activities (leads generated, attendance, brand reach).

Share insights and recommendations to optimize future engagements.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

35 years in field marketing, demand generation, or experiential marketing (preferably in SaaS, enterprise, or B2B services).

Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end event planning (physical and virtual).

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives at once.

Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Regional exposure in East or West Africa is a strong advantage.
