Supervising Registered Nurse

Safeharbor Healthcare Services, a NYS licensed homecare agency, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Supervising Registered Nurse to join our team in Staten Island, New York. The position offers flexibility of agency work while assessing and overseeing client care in a variety of settings.\n\nAbout Us : We are a family-owned, long standing and growing homecare agency dedicated to providing competent, compassionate care to our clients.\n\nJob Title : Nursing Supervisor\n\nLocation : Staten Island\n\nHours : 25 to 35 hours per week (flexible work week)\n\nSalary : $57,000-$78,000 depending on experience and availability\n\nJob Responsibilities : \n

• Conduct client assessments, develop and appropriately revise care plans and collaborate with health care professionals and family to meet client needs\n
• Responsible for field staff engaged in the delivery of home care services and monitoring their performance\n
• Responsible for the maintenance of complete and accurate client records\n\nQualifications : \n
• Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License\n
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a homecare agency, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position\n
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills\n
