A company is looking for a Senior SBA Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Perform complex data entry, processing, and documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance
Manage advanced operational tasks and vendor inquiries, potentially leading a team in daily activities
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors to resolve complex support issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with no experience in Support or Customer Service, or a High School Diploma / GED with 4 years of experience
Preferred experience with PCFS / SBA Loan Manager and E-tran platform
Experience in loan booking and servicing
General ledger balancing experience
Experience in training, mentoring, and staff development
