Job Overview

Join our team in "Doing the Most Good " as a Regional Manager at our Adult Rehabilitation Center. We're seeking a dynamic retail leader to develop, manage, and operate our ARC Family Thrift Stores. This role is crucial in creating net revenues to support our ARC Program while maintaining excellent store operations and team leadership.

    Education & Experience

  • Associate's degree preferred in business administration, retail sales, or marketing

  • 2 years experience in staff management and development

  • Thrift store management experience preferred

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience considered

    • Required Certifications

  • Valid driver's license
