This salary range is provided in compliance with Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, North Dakota state guidelines, and the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians' employment standards. Final compensation will reflect experience, location, and credentials.
Position Summary
Chippewa Sustainable Solutions (CSS) is hiring a Technical Lead – Safety of Dams (SOD Program) to oversee engineering inspections, risk assessments, and dam safety planning in support of the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) .
This role is essential to ensuring the structural safety and operational readiness of tribal dams and water infrastructure across Indian Country. It combines field leadership with advanced technical review and coordination with tribal and federal stakeholders.
